About
Why I only work with older adults
[Preston — write this in your own voice. Two or three short paragraphs. What follows is a scaffold, not finished copy.]
[The moment you decided this was the work: a parent, a client, a fall, a discharge nobody followed up on.]
[What you found: that most fitness is built for people who are already fit, and that the person who needs it most is the one it speaks to least.]
[What you do differently: measure first, train the actual task, measure again. No guessing, no generic programmes, no shouting.]
[Your certifications and how long you’ve been doing this.]

Credentials & safety
Often it is an adult son or daughter making this decision. This part is written for them.
- Police record check with vulnerable sector screening. We come into homes, so we answer this before you have to ask.
- Fully insured — $[X]M liability. Certificate available on request.
- Current CPR / AED and Standard First Aid.
- Every client completes a PAR-Q medical screening before anything is loaded.
- We will speak to your physiotherapist, chiropractor or family doctor and send them the assessment report, with your permission.
- Certified [XX] years. [Certification logos to be added]
How we work
Measure first
Nothing is loaded before a PAR-Q and a full assessment. If anything on your health screening needs clearance, we ask your doctor before we start.
Train the real task
Stairs, floor transfers, carrying, reaching. Not machines that mimic them — the things themselves, scaled to what you can do today.
Measure again
Every twelve weeks, the same six tests. It keeps us honest and it shows you exactly what your work bought you.
Find out where you actually stand.
One hour, free, at your home or online. Six measurements and a written report you keep — whether or not you train with us.
