Live online fitness classes for seniors
Small classes from your living room, with a real instructor watching — not a video playing at you. $240 for a twelve-week term, which is under $10 a class. Anywhere in Canada.
“Does online actually work for balance?”
Yes — with two conditions, and we insist on both.
The instructor has to see you
Classes are kept small enough that we watch every person, every class, and correct by name. A recorded video cannot do that, and most “online senior fitness” is a recorded video.
You need something sturdy to hold
Before your first class we do a one-to-one setup call: a solid chair, a clear floor, a wall within reach, and we check your camera angle so we can actually see your feet.
And an honest limit: if your assessment says you need hands-on work first, we will tell you so and put you in-home instead. We don’t put people in an online class who shouldn’t be in one.
What it costs
| Option | Price | Works out at |
|---|---|---|
| Single drop-in | $15 | one class |
| Monthly, rolling | $89 | $11.13 a class |
| 12-week term — best value | $240 | under $10 a class |
The setup call is included. So is the twelve-week reassessment, so you can see what the term actually bought you.
